The Egg Connection is family, locally owned. In 1980 a Brooklyn boy matched wits with a fiery Tucson-an woman and together they made breakfast what it is today - THE BEST. They opened the Egg Connection in 1984. In 1985 they welcomed their eldest daughter into the world; She has become a fine fixture in the establishment. 1991 brought them their first son who is currently studying the secret recipes, to one day take over at the helm.
